Becoming a Patient

Los Angeles Cancer Network has been delivering excellence in cancer care for over 30 years. We are here for your support and ready to assist you in every step of your healing.

Becoming our patient is simple with the following steps:

Step #1: Select to call the medical office location of your choice or submit the – New Patient Inquiry Form.
Our trusted team will help get some identification facts in order to direct you with our New Patient Administrator. To view all our medical office locations and contact information – Click Here.

Step #2:  Our New Patient Administrator will contact you to assist with the following:

                        • Insurance verification and pre-authorization
                        • Schedule the initial appointment
                        • New Patient Packet walk-through

Step #3: Prepare for your appointment and provide us with the necessary medical documents. 
Please allow 1-2 hours for your first visit to one of our medical offices. It is recommended that you arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for completion of paperwork and verification of coverage.

Step #4: Undergo a medical evaluation and treatment assessment.
Our medical team will evaluate your health state by reviewing your medical records and health history. We may also preform some initial tests and procedures as part of your health evaluation process.

Step #5: Start your journey of healing under one of our doctor’s care.
Our medical team will access the best cancer treatment plan for you.

Note: We accept most major insurance plans. Pre-authorization may be required for many of the treatments administered by LAHOMG. If you are unsure about your coverage, please call our office and we will be happy to assist you. If you are not covered by health insurance for your visit or any of the treatments we provide, we may be able to assist you with costs or make special financial arrangements for our services.
