OneOncology was founded in 2018 for physicians, by physicians, with the vision of transforming cancer care delivery in the United States through a patient-centric, physician-driven, and technology-powered model. At its core, OneOncology provides community oncology practices with capital, customized technology and expertise to diversify across multiple specialties, apply data insights, and leverage technology to strengthen performance.


This enables its practices to grow, provide services along the continuum of care and incorporate the latest scientific developments as they emerge in the market.


OneOncology focuses investments in four key pillars: practice management, data analytics, research and value-based care. Through this investment strategy, the long-term value of our partnership will continue to grow as we keep reaching significant milestones in the development of four areas across our network.


OneOncology has had extensive growth momentum through 2021, and it continues. With this growth, we have invested heavily in the expansion of various teams across our organization in order to effectively scale our value across our partnership. They have an executive team consisting of some of the most influential and experienced leaders in the oncology space. They are innovative, boast extensive industry expertise and are building a robust clinical and operational platform of comprehensive analytics capabilities.

Every data point is critical to inform the leadership team on how to optimize care for patients.


Through our partnership with OneOncology, we have been able to gain more insight through work conducted with the data analytics team. Los Angeles has a very complex payer market with managed care, IPA's,a nd value-based payer agreements. This complezity makes it extremely difficult to track performance especially as our patient colume increases. We met with the OneOncology analytics team to discuss the challenges and goals of tracking our value-based agreements. The tool sends proactive alerts identifying which patients fall within these value based player agreements prior to their next visit, which has facilitated improved care coordination.


Ultimately, the use of this analytics tool is enabling us to perform better in these complex payment structures, which we're most likely going to contunue to see more of in the future.
