Nurse Practitioner

Olivia Pagano is a board-certified nurse practitioner and completed her master’s degree at University of California, Los Angeles. Olivia chose oncology because she wants to help people who need it most and this field inspires her to be a strong supporter, advocate, and source of positivity to her patients that may be going through the most difficult point in their lives. She found her way to LA Cancer Network through clinical rotation with Lisa Hineman. She loved the strong connection that Lisa, and all the providers made with patients and how dedicated they are to their care. Olivia loves forming connections with her patients and getting to know them on a deeper level. Her treatment approach focuses on treating the entire person rather than just the disease and educating the patient to empower them and to ensure they are as comfortable as possible with their care. She is a source of calm, comfort and strength for her patients. She tells her patients to “take it step by step, focus on the positives, find ways to spark joy each day, and always celebrate the little things!” Olivia is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Oncology Nursing Society.

In her free time, you can find her cooking or baking, reading, traveling, spending time with friends & family, and relaxing at the beach. She loves dogs, so if you see her in clinic, share a photo or story of your dog to brighten her day!
