Dr. Alexander Song received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Sociology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where he graduated Cum Laude. He continued on to achieve a medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School, then his residency in internal medicine at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He decided to pursue medical oncology & hematology as a specialty and completed his fellowship at Wake Forest Baptist Comprehensive Cancer Center in Winston Salem, NC, where he served as Chief Fellow.


Dr. Song comes to us with extensive research experience with a focus on immunotherapy. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, trying new restaurants, and exploring LA with his wife and two dogs. Dr. Song is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. He is a native Korean speaker.
