Nour graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from University of Pittsburgh. She then completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from University of Alabama at Birmingham. Nour grew up in Dallas, Texas and in her spare time enjoys hiking around Orange County and is a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
