Vache Sharyan, PharmD was born in Armenia and raised in Los Angeles, CA. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology.

His pharmacy training was completed at Pacific University Oregon, graduating with Highest Honors and earning two degrees, Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA). He continued further training through residency at the VA Portland Health Care System and later became a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and an Advanced Practice Pharmacist.

Prior to joining Los Angeles Cancer Network in October 2020, Dr. Sharyan was the Pharmacist in Charge at a large outpatient hematology/oncology infusion center, specialized in clinical oncology pharmacy, and served as a preceptor to Pharmacy Residents.
