Patients can bring a caregiver or family member to the MD appointment for support. However, generally only patients are allowed in the infusion room. While we love children, nobody under 18 is permitted in our clinics due to safety precautions.

Your doctor will discuss lab results with you at your next appointment. Our staff does their best notify you as soon as possible once your lab results are ready, but they can also be viewed in your CareSpace portal once the doctor has reviewed them.
Yes, surgical or N-95 masks covering nose and mouth are required in the clinic setting. Unless patients are eating, drinking, or taking medications, the mask must remain on at all times. Our staff wear masks as well.
All rooms and infusion chairs are sanitized in between patient visits, and all surfaces are routinely cleaned. The staff always wear masks to keep patients safe, and staff are vaccinated according to the CDC guidelines. We follow the most up-to-date CDC COVID-19 prevention guidelines for patient and staff safety, as well as the exposure precautions and guidelines.
